🌬️ The Pure Breath Program: A Journey Back to Yourself
We live in a world that often asks us to move faster than our breath.
For many—especially mothers, healthcare workers, and those navigating trauma—life can feel like one long exhale, with no space to breathe back in.
The Pure Breath Program was born from this tension.
It’s a trauma-informed, science-rooted, and soul-nourishing space where breath becomes your anchor, your medicine, and your quiet revolution.
🌱 Why Breath?
Breath is one of the most ancient and powerful healing tools we carry. It connects the body to the mind, the nervous system to the spirit, and the present moment to long-term change.
In Integrative Yoga Therapy, breath is understood not just as physical respiration, but as prana—the life force that shapes our emotional, mental, and energetic well-being.
The Pure Breath Program is a 12-week journey to help you build a conscious, embodied breath practice.
It’s gentle. It’s structured. It’s deeply personal.
And it’s profoundly transformational.
📖 What’s Inside the Program?
Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll learn 10 foundational breath techniques, including:
Ha Breath – for emotional release
Yin-Yang Counting – to balance inner dualities
Three-Part Breath – to reconnect with your body
Chakra Humming Breath – to shift stuck energy
Each session dives into the how and the why—how these techniques interact with the five koshas (layers of the self), and how they can help regulate emotions, release trauma, and return to center.
🗓 Weekly Structure
You’ll meet twice a week for live sessions:
Mondays @ 7:00 PM PDT – Lecture + Breath Technique
Sundays @ 7:00 PM PDT – Integration Circle + Support
Plus, you’ll receive:
✨ A private 1:1 breath consultation
🌀 Daily 15-minute guided practices
💬 Opportunities to reflect and share within a compassionate community
🔬 A Program Grounded in Research
Here’s what makes the Pure Breath Program truly unique:
It has been accepted twice—in 2021 and 2024—as part of a PhD research study on Australian female physicians experiencing PTSD from the COVID-19 pandemic.
That means your participation isn’t just for personal healing—
You're also contributing to a scientific pilot study that’s shaping how trauma-informed breathwork is integrated into clinical care worldwide.
This is more than self-work.
It’s part of a global healing movement.
✨ Is This for You?
This program is ideal for you if:
✅ You're navigating trauma, burnout, or anxiety
✅ You want a consistent, guided breath practice
✅ You value live, community-based learning
✅ You’re ready to commit to a supportive structure
✅ You resonate with science, self-reflection, and soul
It’s not for people seeking quick fixes, self-paced content, or intense breathwork techniques.
This is slow, steady, and deeply held work.
