Launching the 12-Week Pure Breath Program: Begin Your Transformative Journey This January
We’re thrilled to announce the 12-Week Pure Breath Program, starting Monday, January 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM PDT. This program is crafted to help you build a conscious, sustainable breathwork practice, with a special emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment for those navigating PTSD and complex trauma.
Please Note: This program is not a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy. Participants are encouraged to have additional support resources available, as breathwork can occasionally bring deeper emotions to the surface. While this program is designed with healthcare workers, mothers, and those with PTSD or complex trauma in mind, anyone interested in exploring breathwork for self-discovery and emotional support is welcome to join.
Program Overview
Over 12 weeks, you’ll learn 10 powerful breath techniques and explore the science behind each. These techniques include:
Breath Awareness
Ha Breath
Yin-Yang Counting Breathing
Three-Part Breath (Inhale)
Humming Breath
Focused Breath

Each weekly lecture will teach one technique, exploring its benefits through the five layers of the body as defined in Integrative Yoga Therapy, covering dimensions from the physical to the deeper emotional and energetic levels. This program includes 12 weekly 1-hour sessions held live on Zoom every Monday. Participants are expected to attend each session in real time to benefit fully from the group experience. Recordings will only be provided in cases of extenuating circumstances, with prior permission for absence.
In addition, we’ll have three 2-hour monthly support group debriefs on the second Sunday of each month, where participants can share their experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance.
