Within the framework of Integrative Yoga Therapy, a persons health is determined by all 5 layers of the human body:

The first layer is your physical body.

The second, your energetic layer of the body.
第二个是你的气体层,
The third is your mental and emotional body.
第三个是你的思想/情绪层,
The fourth is your witness body.

The fifth is your bliss body.
第五个是你的喜悦层。

2) Introduction to Integrative Yoga Therapy: The Witness and Bliss Body (II)
Yet the root cause of all diseases stems from the mental and emotional layer of the body.
而所有疾病的根源都在思想/情绪这一层。
Including infectious diseases, stem from the same mental and emotional layer of the body.
包括传染病的根源也是在思想/情绪层。
So, how do infectious diseases get transmitted from the mental and emotional layer of the body?
那么,传染病是如何从思想和情绪层传播的呢?
Every emotion in a persons body has a different feeling like happiness, joy, anger or sadness, and each feeling has its own corresponding vibration.
人的每一种情绪在身体里的感觉,比如:快乐、愉悦、愤怒或者悲伤,都是不一样的,都有其自然的振动频率。
This creates a certain kind of emotional landscape, or unique overarching vibrational pattern in a person.
这种振动在人身上创造了某种情感形势,或者是独特的包罗众多情绪的振动模式。
If we stand within 1.5 meters of someone, which is how far our energy body extends to, we have the capacity to transmit our feelings, our vibrations to another person.
如果我们站在离某人1.5米的范围内,这是我们气体层向外扩展的距离,我们就能够将我们的感觉、振动传递给另一个人。
If we have a high vibration, we are more likely to influence others.
如果我们处于高振动状态,那么我们更有可能给予他人影响。
In fact, it is not only through short distances that energy and vibrations can be transmitted, as only 4.6% of our world is made out of matter, the rest of it is made mostly out of energy.
事实上,能量和振动不仅仅只在短距离内传播。世界上只有4.6%的物质构成,其余大部分都是能量。
The entire world is connected through an atmospheric energetic wave, like waves of one ocean that are continuously pulsating each other.
整个世界是通过大气层的能量波连接起来的,就像海洋里的波浪不断地相互涌动。
Our energy on one side of the planet has an effect on the complete opposite side of the planet through energy.
我们在地球一侧的能量可以对地球的另外一侧产生影响。
Therefore, what that means is, that our personal emotional energy, our individual vibration has direct influence on the organic whole.
因此,这就意味着我们的个人的情绪能量和振动对整个有机体有更直接的影响。
HIGHEST AND LOWEST VIBRATIONAL FEELINGS
最高和最低的振动感觉
Let's take a second here and review our basic high school physics.
让我们在这里花点时间复习一下我们高中时所学的物理基础知识。
Light is like a wave, like the waves of an ocean.
光就像波一样,像大海的波浪一样。
Light waves carry a certain type of energy depending on its wavelength.
光波因其波长的不同而运载不同的能量。
We can tell from the diagram above that red light, infrared light (left) basically has a longer wavelength, meaning it has a higher energy.
我们可以从上面的图表了解到:基本上红光、红外线(左)波长较长,那就意味着其能量比较高。
And the blue light, ultraviolet light (right), has a shorter wavelength, a lower vibrational energy.
而蓝光,紫外线(右)则波长较短,振动能量较低。
A wavelength is determined by the top of one wave, to the top of the next, that is considered one full wavelength measured in nanometers as indicated in the photo below.
一个波的顶端到下一个波的顶端被定义为是一个波长,它以纳米为测量单位(如图下)。
When it comes to emotions in the body, each emotion emits a certain type of vibration, a certain energy of light wave as measured below.
对于人身体中的情绪来说,每一种情绪都会发出某种振动,某种光波能量, 测量结果如下:
Positive emotions tend to have higher vibrations, and negative emotions tend to have lower vibrational energy (although it's not the case for certain emotions, as negative emotions can become explosive, a higher vibration, like anger).
积极的情绪倾向于更高的振动,消极的情绪倾向于更低的振动能量(这并不是绝对的,因为某些消极情绪也有可能具有爆炸性的高振动,如愤怒)。
Below is a graph of infrared thermal imaging of different emotions experienced in the human body.

Red equals hot temperature, meaning higher vibrations, longer wavelengths.
红色就是高温,意味着更高的振动,更长的波长。
Blue equals colder temperature, meaning lower vibrations, shorter wavelengths.
蓝色就是较低的温度,意味着较低的振动,较短的波长。
The physical vibration of depression, sadness and shame are by far the lowest vibrational frequencies that we can experience in our bodies (blue).
到目前为止,抑郁、忧伤和羞愧是我们身体能感知到的所有情绪中振动频率最低的(蓝色)。
Love and happiness are the greatest vibrational frequency of an emotion felt inside a human body.
爱和快乐是人身体当中能感觉到的振动最大的情绪(红色)。
So why are we spending so much time to talk about the vibrational frequency of positive and negative emotions during an emergency infectious disease outbreak?
那么,在传染病爆发的紧急关头,我们为什么要花如此多的时间来讨论积极和消极情绪的振动频率呢?

Nahal Haghbin's Chinese name is Chen Nana, a Canadian-born foreigner who grew up in Tianjin, China. She is an Integrative Yoga Therapist (IAYT) in training. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a Master's degree in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. In 2014, Nahal worked with the World Health Organization on the H7N9, MERS-CoV and Ebola global outbreaks whilst serving in the Assistant Director General's Office Taskforce. It was her teenage experience of SARS in 2003, that led her to choose her eventual profession and future career in the control of infectious disease outbreaks.

Nahal has found that she can best be of service to mankind by combining her passions of global health and integrative yoga therapy. To her, both serve as complementary systems of knowledge to interpret the world around her. Nahal has found that by bridging the two disciplines, it broadens the availability of language and understanding that she can access, to share her interpretations of infectious diseases.
