Each layer of the human body requires nurturance, connection and love to thrive, essentially the healing of one layer has an ultimate influence and wellbeing on the whole. You don’t have to work on all layers at the same time.

Surrendering to the Will of God, is like opening the palms of your hands, so that God can grab the problem from your hands. Many people raise their hands with clenched fists to God and want Him to take away their problems - these people don’t understand a couple things.

Fortitude is that quality of strength that roots you into the ground, that regardless of whether the earth and heavens rise against you type of thing, you will never waver.

“And be thou so steadfast in My love that thy heart shall not waver, even if the swords of the enemies rain blows upon thee and all the heavens and the earth arise against thee.” - Bahá’u’lláh (excerpt from the Tablet of Ahmad)

Definition of Fortitude: courage in pain or adversity

Definition of Steadfast: resolutely or dutifully firm and unwavering

Without investigating your own truth, diving deep within yourself, will make you unable to fish out your own needed wisdom for your own path and that which is to serve others - remember that portal, express highway or hotline that is made just between you and the divine?

Without independent investigation, it makes it difficult to mirror forth and show to others, like your friends, family, neighbors, community, nations and ultimately the world, what this reality is - because you don’t know what it is yourself.

The crown of our heads are the entry point to the divine and sacred revelation, it is the highest part of our body, the furthest distance from the earth, it is an open and receptive energetic entry point to on high.

Like a trees fruit, the roots need to be rooted into the ground, so that the tree can grow upwards and outwards and fulfill its full potential and bear fruit on the ‘crown’ of a tree.
