Chakra Valleys Yoga Therapy Online Classes Begin 12/11 – Awaken Your Inner Harmony
Online Chakra & Seven Valleys Yoga Therapy Classes Starting 12.11
Stress is the main cause of so many underlying diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart diseases, thyroid problems etc.
This stress can affect many biological, muscle tendons and structures in the body.
The beautiful thing is the body has an innate intelligent system of healing itself, though the sole requisite is that the body needs to be in a calm and relaxed state in order to access it.
When the body is stressed for a prolonged period of time, this intelligent self-healing system never gets activated, which is the main reason why disease ensues.
Research has shown that one of the most effective ways to reduce stress is through therapeutic yoga.
Join us for a 7-week online restorative yoga therapy physical yoga practice, to restore your body to calm so that it can activate it's own unique and intelligent self-healing system.

Past Participants Reviews
“My session with Nahal went really well! She helped me with my stomach ease and energy levels. What made her stand out from other modalities is her insights and intuition. Three benefits that I got from participating in her session is 1). personalized care- she really listens! 2) greater awareness and appreciation of my body 3) companionship for my spiritual growth. What I newly discovered in my session was that my stomach brain and my head brain were needing support based on my health issues. The only barrier to attending Nahal’s private sessions is the cost of treatment, it’s out of my price range. But yes! I would recommend Nahal to other people for sure, She’s awesome and a natural healer. For someone who is on the fence about attending private integrative yoga therapy sessions is that she will really listen to you and offer her education and insights!” - Cora, 62, Oregon, US
“I enjoyed the classes, I learned some new things and felt more grounded/relaxed immediately following the sessions. I think it’s wonderful to have a course that combines the knowledge of the Yogic Chakras with Baha’i Writings and themes from the Seven Valleys; this is unique and I have yet to see a similar offering.
Each session we learned about one Chakra center and a corresponding Valley from the Seven Valleys. We learned about the physical and spiritual aspects and how to use the body as an energetic tool both for physical healing and for spiritual development. Each class we had chance for discussion as well as physical postures and meditation. Each class included a pre and post survey to measure the effects of the session.
My biggest takeaway was that the body is an incredible tool, we can harness the energetic centers to aid us in our healing and development. The body can heal itself when it can be truly relaxed and the mind, heart and soul can find insights when we come into stillness and quiet.
Immediately after each session I felt very calm, relaxed and grounded. Physically and mentally. During the period of classes I found myself more longing and interested in spiritual themes and growth.
My favourite was the Yoga Nidra relaxation/mediation practice.
I would recommend the course, I think most people would find some benefit from the content and practice.
The most helpful information was about the Heart Chakra lesson, it spoke to me. I also enjoyed learning about asking questions during meditation”
