Yoga Avec Moi

To Keep Us Together, I Got This Idea!

I have an idea of how we can keep being in each other’s lives!

Whether you have been to one of my classes, workshops, online classes or it’s your first time hearing about Yoga Avec Moi, this message is for you!

Since I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 in Singapore, I have met some brilliant people who are truly seeking to improve their lives through spiritual practices like yoga, meditation, prayer, inner reflections, self-help books, you name it.

Many have asked me how we can continue learning together beyond a yoga class, having brunch or even through having a simple conversation together.

While of course I wanted to continue this journey with literally every single person I met, I had no idea how to bring it to fruition.

Until now…

So here’s what I’m thinking.

I’m thinking of creating an online membership portal where we can continue our conversations, classes, workshops together online, regardless of where we are in the world!

Since the pandemic hit, this idea seemed to be the most natural next step to take!

What we could do is, just like what we did before in our classes, meditation sessions or workshops, do all of our work together online so it can provide us with a permanent digital home and refuge for us to continue our growth together as a community of like-minded individuals

That doesn't mean that our in-person workshops and classes will stop - it just means now we will have a means of continuing our conversations online afterwards!

Since some of you guys have been with me since the very beginning and many of you might be curious to see what it’s like, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to invite you all to become a Founding Member of Yoga Avec Moi’s membership portal!

Send me an E-mail with the title “YAM Founding Member” if you’d like to join: yogiavecmoi@gmail.com.

Now, I don’t have all of the specifics figured out yet, but I would LOVE to include your thoughts, ideas and comments on how we could move forward together!

That means being patient with me sending you surveys or having me asking you lots of questions about what you need right now and how I can support you!

Because as a Founding Member of Yoga Avec Moi, your needs will be my priority!

What I can tell you is, that in the meantime whilst we grow and evolve our idea of our community of like-minded individuals, you will have access to the current 12-Week Breath Program called the ‘Pure Breath Program’ that I am knee deep in teaching at the moment!

I created it for our health care workers and professionals so they don't get burned out throughout this pandemic!

If you are not a health care worker, don't worry~ These practices are still applicable to you to build resilience, higher performance, memory and overall wellbeing - especially if you are experiencing burnout and caring for someone else!

On January 30th, I will be teaching our 8th week of the Pure Breath Program LIVE, and as a Founding Member of Yoga Avec Moi you will not only have access to all 8 previous lessons of the Pure Breath Program, you will also have access to the upcoming 3 weeks of LIVE recordings!

During the LIVE recordings, you will be able to ask questions LIVE and watch the replay afterwards!

Here is a glimpse in how I see the membership evolving: after the completion of the Pure Breath Program, I see us resuming the same time slots to question & answer periods of any subject matter!

Maybe I could do a video recording of a topic of your choosing that you would like some more clarity on on the subjects we covered thus far and then we could discuss it more deeply as a community!

I still have so many ideas of online workshops like

  1. continuing level 2 of the Pure Breath Program

  2. creating a ‘Natural Radiant Skin’ care course (people have been asking me for this)

  3. bringing back our in-person 5 Female Organ & 7 Chakras Workshop online

  4. conducting an online workshop on the importance of thyroid health (which was our plan before the lockdown)

  5. creating a meditation, reflection and study course and guide on the Seven Valleys Book

and so so much more!

How I will choose to prioritize these online courses will heavily depend on what the Founding Members of Yoga Avec Moi readily share and express to me as their deepest desire!

Every.single.one of your thoughts will be considered!

I can’t wait to hear what you have to say!

AH!

As my thank you to you in advance, for taking a chance and beginning this new journey with me as a Founding Member of Yoga Avec Moi, you will get a lifetime monthly membership access price of 25USD / 166RMB if you sign up by January 31st, 2021 – this is a price that I will probably never offer again, so do JUMP ON IT!

If you would like to join as a Founding Member of the membership portal, don’t forget to send me an E-mail with the title “YAM Founding Member” if you’d like to join : yogiavecmoi@gmail.com.

Feel free to also share with me in the e-mail any thoughts that you have on how we can make this membership portal most fruitful and helpful for everyone!

I CAN’T WAIT TO BEGIN THIS JOURNEY WITH YOU!

Nahal has found that she can best be of service to mankind by combining her passions of global health and integrative yoga therapy. To her, both serve as complementary systems of knowledge to interpret the world around her. Nahal has found that by bridging the two disciplines, it broadens the availability of language and understanding that she can access, to share her interpretations of various health conditions.
